In a terse unsigned statement, the high court told Trump’s fall guy to his latest string of failures that his lawsuit “has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.” It was the second quick dismissal of Trump’s last-chance “Hail Mary” attempts to overturn the will of the voters who rejected him.
He filed so many court cases that judges dismissed while blanching at the ludicrous claims, lack of facts and outright lies from a sore loser who is out of control.
Funny thing about the law. Even a president who routinely ignores it can’t use it when the voters make the call.
The judges, in often scathing remarks, cited the law and overturned a lame-duck president’s blatant attempt to reverse the will of voters.
