An ice storm descended on the National Capital Area overnight, leaving trees coated, roads treacherous, schools cancelled and life disrupted. This is the second winter storm to hit the East in less than a week.

The secret is out. The Rawhide Kid is gay. Yep, The Kid, a longtime Marvel Comics hero, is coming out of the closet when a new storyline early next year will reveal The Kid’s “keen fashion sense,” a stylish leather outfit, in what one of the publication house’s editor calls “the first gay Western.”
