Ron Paul withdrawing from GOP race

Ron Paul is withdrawing from the GOP race tonight in Houston. He will not endorse John McCain and will annouce that he will work to elect various local Libertarian candidates. He also will not endorse Libertarian Presidential Candidate Bob Barr.
