What?

What does it mean when the media reports that Mark Penn stepped down and is no longer with the Clinton campaign, then go on to say Maggie Williams, Clinton campaign manager, announces [Penn] “will continue to provide polling and advice to the campaign.”
Am I missing something? Sounds to me as though Penn will be doing the same things for the same people.
Is he in or is he out?
Can anyone really believe his lobbying efforts haven’t penetrated Hillary’s greed factor?
Some reports said Penn offered to step down, others are saying he was asked to step down. This I understand … whichever spin sounds as though Clinton had nothing to do with the Colombian lobbying will be the one approved by Hillary.
I can’t wait till Obama is elected so we can all relax and watch our country get back to work.
