Budget chief says deficits "unacceptably high"


WASHINGTON (Reuters) – White House budget director Jack Lew said on Friday that newly released projections that the budget deficit will total $1.4 trillion in the current fiscal year showed the need to tame “unacceptably high” deficits.

  1. Another non-story from our government. None of this is new information with budget directors and the Comptroller General of the U.S. warning such as well as Fed Chairmen, but the beat goes on; ie., business as usual on the part of our crimpols in Congress.

    Most is not all the men and women in the Senate are millionaires, so they have ‘deluxe’ spending tastes except in this case they are using the taxpayers credit card. These people are suffering a major disconnect concerning the consequences to be had for their seemingly terminal profligacy with our money.
