Teenage birth rates are on the rise, the first increase since 1001.
New polls show teens are messing more these days and that they are not using protection when they do.
So much for either safe sex or President George W. Bush’s much-ballyhooed emphasis on “abstinence-only” sexual educations.
Obviously, those educational programs need to include more information on what goes where and why and what happens when they do.
