WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Barack Obama is expected to nominate Dan Shapiro, a top adviser who has helped craft the U.S. response to popular unrest sweeping the Middle East, to be Washington’s ambassador to Israel, a source familiar with the matter said on Wednesday.

This confirms to me at least that Obama is simply another running dog for Israel’s interests in the Middle East. This isn’t going to set well with Israel’s arabic neighbors who’ve had bellyful of the this many year dog and pony show sponsored by rabid Zionists with an agenda for “them”. Maybe Saudi Arabia and the Emirates need to cut back on oil production bigtime…!
His appointment of Dan Shapiro, a “fixture” on the NSC (National Security Council) since the Clinton era demonstrates nothing is ever going to change and we’re headed for war with Iran at Israel’s behest in the final analysis.

This administration as well as others in the past wouldn’t recognize peace even if they witnessed an omen; ie., a dove with an olive branch in its beak. To them it’s simply fair game and something to devour providing it’s kosher of course.
