An investigation continues into how a topless photo of a Phoenixville Area High School female student made its way around to different students  in a text message, causing police and administrators to take action.

Superintendent of Schools Alan D. Fegley refused to comment on the student’s age, grade or any other details surrounding the situation, but said officials learned of the sexting situation Feb. 4 and notified the Phoenixville Police Department that day.

“It’s a very unfortunate situation,” Fegley said. “An unfortunate mistake was made.”

An investigation by school authorities, Phoenixville and other police agencies continues to determine whether criminal charges are warranted, he said.

“It can be a crime,” he said.

  1. The story doesn’t give enough details to know for sure, but from similar ones in the past I am assuming the “crime” revolves solely around bare female breasts. One has to wonder about the irrational people in our society who get upset about bare female breasts and have made and classified something like this a “crime”. If she willingly posed for the photo and sent it, then the school or so called authorities shouldn’t even be involved. They should be concerned with things that are truly their business, not something like this. Throughout history, up until certain ignorant and over zealous “Christians” “civilized” most cultures by forcing the women to cover their breasts, it was about as common to see them as much as men’s. There was really no problem to fix in the first place, but with the laws in place now and the nonsense involved in keeping breasts covered up as if they were radioactive, things have not been made better.

So this is a ‘crime’ of seemingly major proportions to these village idiots.

Meanwhile their government at all levels from local to national level is stealing them blind. That’s it, focus on trivial societal issues while their leaders and terminally corrupt businessmen on Wall Street, banking and insurance steal them blind. Oh, but that’s another issue. Yep, that’s exactly what they want the unwashed masses to engage; ie., trivial issues of the day while they steal the nation blind. Let’s see ‘justice’ served concerning a bunch of juveniles sending nude photo’s back and forth while their hypocritical, terminally corrupt societal paradigm crumbles about them.

    Makes sense to me…?! / : |
