Regardless of Ms. Bachmann’s questioned sanity at times, I think it’s a capital idea.
Most professions have continuing education programs so why not “beginners education” for freshman Congressmen as well as a 30 day refresher program for those that are seated and are alleged ‘experts’ at the game of legislating…! / : |
