Bin Laden Ties Aren’t Enough to Detain Yemeni, Judge Says

Muhammed al-Adahi, 47, who had two brief conversations with Osama bin Laden before the Sept. 11 attacks, must be released, Judge Gladys Kessler wrote in an order announced Friday.
