Convicted felon and criminal president Donald J. Trump, who has milked the government of billions more than he ever made as a phony TV reality show host and real estate actions that resulted in many bankruptcies, is now illegally using government funds for blatant propaganda TV spots on Fox News and other right-wing operations.
Chris Hayes on MS Now showcases this outright illegal use of government funds:
Hays notes that the music in the background of the fake “public service announcement” is “Love Me.”
Federal laws prohibit such activity by elected officials. The use of federal funds is outright prohibited.
“I’m the president,” Trump claims. “When I want to do something, I do it.”
The law calls that kind of action rape. A New York civil court found him guilty of being a sexual predator and the judge in the case called it “rape.”
Of course he does. The many women he has sexually molested over the years report his attitude has been: “I don’t care what you want. I will do it.” In a taped conversation with a TV host, he said all he has to do to have sex with a married woman is “grab them by their pussies and they will go along.”

A federal judge in New York on Monday dismissed Donald Trump’s countersuit against E. Jean Carroll, the writer who won a $5 million verdict against the former president for battery and defamation this year.
Trump filed his counterclaims against Carroll in June, alleging she defamed him by continuing to say publicly that he’d raped her even after a jury found him not liable for doing so.
But, U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan noted Monday, the jury did find Trump liable for sexually abusing Carroll during an encounter in the dressing room of a New York City department store in the mid-1990s, and the details of that finding show that her having maintained that Trump raped her is “substantially true.”
Kaplan dismissed Trump’s counterclaim, which sought unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, as well as several of Trump’s defenses against a separate pending defamation lawsuit brought by Carroll.
Before he became president, Trump was charged with raping a 13-year-old model.
Reports Josh Russell of Courthouse News Service on Sept. 13, 2016:
A woman who says Donald Trump raped her at a private sex party when she was 13 years old refiled a lawsuit against him Friday, two weeks after voluntarily dismissing a suit based on the same claims.
The new complaint, filed in the federal court in Manhattan, restates plaintiff Jane Doe’s claims of the earlier lawsuit. Namely, that she was lured by a recruiter to summer parties hosted by co-defendant Jeffrey Epstein at an Upper East Side mansion on East 71st St., tied to a bed and forcibly raped by Trump, who slapped her with an open hand and told her he would do whatever he pleased with her.
Jane Does goes on to claim that after Epstein also forcibly raped her, he and Trump bickered over who should have taken the minor plaintiff’s virginity.
The original complaintwas accompanied by two declarations.
The first declaration, signed by Jane Doe herself, detailed Trump’s alleged “savage sexual attack” on the then-13-year-old plaintiff.
The second declaration was signed by pseudonymous Tiffany Doe, who said she was hired by Jeffrey Epstein throughout the 1990s to recruit adolescent women to attend the billionaire’s parties.
Tiffany Doe claims she convinced the then-13-year-old plaintiff to attend the parties as a means to break in to New York’s professional modeling world. In her declaration, Tiffany Doe says she witnessed four sexual encounters in which Jane Doe was forced to have sex with Trump, and two encounters involving the plaintiff and Jeffrey Epstein.
The Tiffany Doe declaration included Epstein’s threats against her and her family for disclosing the details of any sexual abuse of minors by Epstein and his party guests, swearing under penalty of perjury that she understands that her and her family’s lives are “now in grave danger.”
The new complaint includes an additional witness exhibit from an anonymous “Joan Doe” whose sworn declaration says Jane Doe told her what happened with Trump and Epstein during the 1994-1995 school year.
Jane Doe says she has been subjected to painful daily reminders of the alleged assault due to the tremendous about of media coverage Trump’s presidential campaign has received since he announced his candidacy in mid-June 2015.
Epstein, facing trial on his actions involving sexual acts against many underage girls, reportedly told investigators that it took “a lot of money from Trump” to make the charge of rape of a minor “go away.” That information is said to be part of what Trump and his current attorney general is being supressed.
In his second term as president, Trump has openly raped the government by his actions as a wannabe dictator who ignores court rulings against him and any actions by Congress that rules against him.
“I am the president,” he says. “What I want done must be done.”
Public opinion polls now put Trump’s job approval rating below 30%, the lowest of any president in the history of polling. He order huge banners with his image plastered on government buildings, has tried to turn the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts into the “Trump/Kennedy Center” and now wants to have his name added to Ford’s Theater in downtown Washington, the place where John Wilkes Booth assassinated Abraham Lincoln.
“I am the best president ever for Black people,” Trump declared in a social media post. “They love me.”
As with so much of what Trump says, that claim is a lie. Polls show Blacks and other minorities have turned against him because of his criminal actions.
In Newsweek, By Amanda Castro reports:
President Donald Trump is heading into the Juneteenth federal holiday with his approval rating among Black voters slipping into the mid‑to‑low teens, marking one of the sharpest declines of his second term.
The shift matters because Black voters remain a cornerstone of national electoral coalitions, and their growing dissatisfaction could shape turnout and political engagement heading into this year’s midterms. Pollsters say the trend reflects deepening frustration over inflation, jobs and civil‑rights rollbacks—pressures that could continue to erode support if conditions don’t improve..
Other polls show and an increasing number of Republicans who voted for Trump in 2016, 2020 and 2024 now say they will stay home and not vote in the upcoming mid-term elections in November.
Decision Desk HQ and national tracking surveys show Trump’s support among Black voters has steadily weakened since early 2025, when approval briefly climbed into the mid‑30s. By spring 2026, that number had fallen into the teens, while disapproval surged past 70 percent in most national polling. Analysts point to rising prices, job losses and backlash to the administration’s immigration and anti‑diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies as key drivers of the downturn. A New York Times/Siena poll found that Black Americans now register the highest disapproval of Trump’s presidency among all racial groups.
Other polls show increased dissatisfaction with Trump among not only minority, but MAGA Republicans and independents.
“He is a crook,” says one respondent . “He is robbing America and padding his wealth at our expense.”
On November 3, voters across America can start the process of Trump’s criminal actions by voting in new members of Congress who can, and will, drive out Trump and his cult of gangsters and thieves.
