The Coming Barr-Paul Political Alliance? Here is one for all the Ron Paul fans! This was totally predictable ESPECIALLY since Dr. Paul has refused to endorse Bush/McCain for POTUS!

I don't think Barr has the
Submitted by woody188 on July 2, 2008 - 4:53pm.I don't think Barr has the same amount of support as Paul, though I really don't know Barr's politics or if he has any sense.
I still intend to write in Ron Paul for POTUS in November. I'd rather write him in than vote for either of the others. He was really the only candidate on the Republican ticket that had any real grassroots support.
I'm under the impression that Paul is going to focus only on his congressional seat at this time?
I hope Dr Paul does endorse
Submitted by pollchecker on July 2, 2008 - 5:26pm.I hope Dr Paul does endorse Barr because I would like to see a Libertarian candidate win a state and that could happen in Georgia. But I doubt he will because he understands what will happen to him if he does.
The lie and cheat Republican powerhouse will lock him out of committees, bills, etc and he will not be able to get anything done unless he works with the Dems and how will that look in an election year.
I know Dr Paul and his family. They are good people. But he is still a politician....and a savy one at that.
