British comedian Robert Newman put together an easily digestible, short documentary on the history of oil over roughly the last 100 years. I haven't seen this here before, and only just now found out about it to tell you all. You can see the 45 minute film on Berlin-Baghdad Railway [1] being planned and built so Germany could have direct access to mid-east oil was one of the causes of World War I [2].

Instead of just preaching to the choir as so many other similar things do, this documentary is something that outsiders can enjoy and learn from. Show your friends.
